Big day camps are welcomed and encouraged at this site. The event is taking place in a public park so bring that festive pavilion and all your lovely banners!
Lunch:
The Afonlyn Lunch Tavern will feature homemade potato soup, bread and cheese. Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Conklin Pavilion. Cost is $5.00
Feast:
We will be having a pot luck feast at 5:30 p.m. Please bring a dish to share with 8 people. This does NOT have to be a period dish. Please bring your own feast gear and drinking vessel. The shire will provide water and lemonade to drink.
